My favorite bird is the chickadee, not just because their size makes them so adorable, but because they are a great reminder that it is possible to be fearless and hold your ground with the big boys despite being so small. Chickadees are naturally cheerful birds and their sweetness is all over this painting. It was painted as a reminder of the great things in life and to take a slow, sentimental walk through all the beautiful seasons of your life.

The piece is painted in shades of red and brown. The goal of this piece is a sentimental journey back to those crisp, fall days where food is abundant, the leaves are changing and God seems to have made new colors just for the occasion.

This piece is sealed with a high-grade, epoxy resin, with UV protection to protect against sunlight and fading. My name is signed on the lower right and is framed in a 1 3/8″ solid wood cherry frame. The finished size is 10 3/4″ x 12 3/4″ and is ready-to-hang.
